ISAAC VIDAL DAZA

PhD

Isaac Vidal Daza is Honorary Research Fellow at Swansea Univeristy, and researcher at the Martin-Martinez Lab. He collaborates in areas of high-throughput supercomputing, big data and artificial intelligence, but also in projects related to HTC and HPC supercomputing, big data analysis of large chemical datasets, and their use for training Machine Learning algorithms. Isaac is currently and IT engineer for the Supercomputing Centre of the University of Granada, and consultant on HTC and HPC supercomputing. He obtained his BS in Chemistry (2003) and PhD in Chemistry (2008) from the Universidad de Granada (Spain). His research has been focused on the study of the chemical bonding in carbon-metal complexes for early transition metals, as well as molecular dynamics simulations of proteins.
